6 july 08 呢排玩到癲左,上山下海都冇停過,今日禮拜先得閒寫番低D野~ * * * * 蘇梅番黎之後,我忙左一星期。 and so i played hard to treat myself better, haha~ 29 jun - Boat trip to Sai Kung actually the boat trip was for Angie's brithday. it rained a bit but we all had fun~ at night, i gathered with all the sis & bros of suki's wedding (but in karaoke unfortunately ) we looked at pics together. didnt expect that lazy photographer did a good job. wakaka~ some of those photos reminded me of their BIG DAY! it was so nice. i still enjoyed 灑米。haha~ and then i told everyone next time if i m gonna be a "sis", they must let me 灑米! haha~ 30 jun - 1 jul sunrise@大帽山 billy koo invited me to go hiking at night. yes, night - that's from 4am~ he picked me up downstairs at about 1am, we arrived almost the peak of Tai Mo Shan at about 5am. we were expecting sunrise n that's y we equipped ourselves with tripod n cams. but....... up on the mountain, our views were all blocked by the fog. no question, we couldnt even have a glimpse of the sun. n no one dared taking out their cams which were safely protected inside those bulky bags! haha~ this is how silly! but i enjoyed the walking part. at least it sounded healthy ya? not sure about the others though. we ended up taking some 到此一遊 pics. well, better than none right? 3 Jul - Sunset@白泥 it all began the time i was still working in front of my boring desktop in office. i saw a blue sky above victoria harbour. then i called billy koo to see if he had something similar in his mind. goshh~ he was about to shoot sunset too! i was hesitating even so coz i didnt have my cam with me at work (of coz). but he was willing to drive me there n let me watch him n his frd shoot. (how nice.........to look at people shooting, without my own cam lol) anyway, i couldnt waste the weather and decided to go with them! not long after our arrival, the sky started to blushhhhhhhhhhhhh first into gold, and then pink. wow! that was awesome! i stood there while they were setting up their equipments. i had my sandals that evening. so i took them off, stepped in the stream which leads to the sea. n i walked far. i was under this huge screen, watching a show produced by the nature. amazed and froze... billy's frd drove me back to yl n on the way back, she taught me a lot about photography. most importantly she gave opinions on my attempt at buying a new cam, Nikon D300. when i was home, billy asked if i was sad walking that far, thinking of my ex. ah no, i was not supposed to waste the scene n spend another minute on history. 4 jul - Housewarming i took a half day this afternoon. what for? ahhhh i had great gathering to go! that's house-warming of vivian's place. she moved to yau tong - how far it is! so cat, jac, and me dated at 3pm. i brought my vinegar, vivian gave her oil, jac brought a red wine from aus. cat paid. wakakakkakaa~ first we were in supermarker shopping for drinks and snacks. then we had a little talk before jac taught me to make crepe. it was easier than expected. we also had a simple but tasty salad. our main dish was a girlish talk! very girlish~~~~~~~ and somehow a little too "adult" hahaha~ we planned to leave early, but none of us could, especially jac after she got a bit drunk. haha~ i enjoyed it so much also coz of all our good news. hey we are all GROWN! jac is gonna be a pilot soon. she will set off to aus to be trained from August. Cat just quitted her job and thinking about being a teacher - that's very brave of her and i appreciate the way she understands herself and decided to make a change! vivian is MARRIED! n that's why she moved. she's also thinking about her career and dream. we did give a lot of opinions. and me, well.........i stay the same i guess. i like my job, still hesitating whether to take a master program or not. n what i m gonna to do in my nursing career. 5 jul - making momos (a Nepalese specialty) it was from cass there i knew a few Nepalese friends. this time we went to one of those girls' place in yuen long for momos. everyone who came became one-day worker of the momo factory. haha~ it's my first time to try n of coz i couldnt be the supervisor. haha~ almost all of them could wrap the dumplings in a perfect way. unlike hk girls among which less than 10% can cook! lol i had a great time though we were just eating, drinking, and watching silly movies. some of them played poker, monopoly... i like momos of coz. n it reminded me of Tenzin's mom who's from Tibet. Tibetan also eat momos i think coz Tenzin's mom also cooked momos for me once. the essence of momos is the home-made sauce consists of tomato and chillis only. Susma, owner of the flat, also taught me how to make mint-flavoured pineapple. it has now become one of my favourites, haha~ |
